On-Site Services (hourly charge)
Our regular business hours for on-site services are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. Work can be scheduled outside our regular on-site business hours by prior appointment; limited availability, transportation charges, and higher hourly rate apply.
Our regular business service area is Calistoga and St. Helena. Work can be scheduled outside our regular business area by prior appointment; limited availability, transportation charges, and higher hourly rate apply.
Regular On-Site rate is $100 / hour, one hour minimum, billed by quarter-hour thereafter.
If work is scheduled outside normal On-Site Service hours, the rate is $125 / hour, one hour minimum, billed by quarter-hour thereafter.
If work is scheduled outside normal business service area, but during regular business hours, the rate $100 / hour, one hour minimum, billed by quarter-hour thereafter, plus a $2.00 per mile charge to and from Calistoga.
If work is scheduled outside normal business service area, and outside regular business hours, the rate $125 / hour, one hour minimum, billed by quarter-hour thereafter, plus a $2.00 per mile charge to and from Calistoga.
Lab Services
Data Recovery: $50/hour + $100 pick-up and delivery fee. $100 non-refundable deposit required. Average of 3 days in the lab, but full recovery can take up to two weeks. If we can't recover it we can send it to DriveSavers. Because we are DriveSavers Reseller, you save 10% on any recovery cost.
Computer Setup and Troubleshooting in our lab: $50/hour + $100 pick-up and delivery fee. Average of 3 days in the lab, but can take longer if computer is severely infected with viruses and spyware.
Web-Site Setup, Hosting and E-Mail: $250 setup fee. Hosting account cost varies from vendor to vendor. We recommend serverpro (www.serverpro.com) as the best bang for the buck. Their rate can be viewed here
Web-Site Search Engine Optmization (estimate for static page web-site only, database driven web sites are considerably more): $500 for setup + $40/hour, average cost over a 3 month period is about $1,000
File Format Conversions: $50/hour
Custom Databases: $500 and up + Software Costs (Panorama Direct: $129.95, Panoramal Full $299.95, Filemaker8 $299)
Software Customization: $50/hour`
Studio Services
Graphic Design and Web-Site Design, Writing and Marketing : Fee based. Call for more info. Pricing starts at $200. Full web packages average about $2,000 and up.
Desktop Publishing and Typesetting and Graphic File Conversions: $50/hr.
Custom Global Maps and Custom Diagrams: Fee based. Call for more info. Pricing starts at $100.
